Data we process

We limit collection to what is strictly necessary:

• Contact data you provide voluntarily (by e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat): name, contact details and the content of your message;
• Technical data automatically generated by the server (IP address, browser type, pages viewed), recorded in server logs for security and proper operation.

Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed to:

• respond to your enquiries and manage the resulting relationship (pre-contractual / contractual measures);
• ensure the security, stability and improvement of the site (legitimate interest);
• comply with our legal obligations.

Hosting and data location

The site and its data are hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias / Genève, Suisse. Your data therefore remains on Swiss soil and under the protection of Swiss law — a choice driven by digital sovereignty and confidentiality.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking cookies (no Google Analytics or equivalent). Audience measurement is carried out with Matomo, hosted on our own Swiss server and configured without cookies (see the section below).

The only cookie set is a technical session cookie, strictly necessary for the site to function (navigation and security). It is temporary and deleted when you close your browser. A display preference (light/dark theme) may be stored locally in your browser; this is not a tracking cookie.

As these elements are strictly necessary, no prior consent is required.

Audience measurement (Matomo)

To understand how the site is used, we use Matomo, open-source audience-measurement software installed on our own server in Switzerland. No data is sent to any third party.

Matomo is configured in cookieless mode: it sets no cookie and creates no persistent identifier. Your IP address is anonymised (the last two bytes are masked) before being stored, and only the anonymised address is used to estimate your country or region. The data collected (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site, clicks on our contact links) is aggregated and cannot be linked to you personally.

Because this measurement is anonymous and cookieless, it does not require your prior consent under the Swiss Data Protection Act (nFADP). You may nevertheless prevent it by using a content blocker or by disabling JavaScript in your browser.

Transfers abroad

We carry out no transfer of your data abroad. Website fonts and resources are hosted locally on the Swiss server; no data is sent to third-party services outside Switzerland merely by browsing.

If you contact us via WhatsApp or WeChat, the exchange is governed by those services' terms, which you use on your own initiative.

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as necessary for the purposes described, then in accordance with statutory retention periods. Technical server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or use.

Your rights

Under the FADP (and the GDPR where applicable), you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction of processing, as well as the right to data portability.
